About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP, Human Resources to provide specialized services within HR operations, ensuring alignment with local regulatory requirements, and delivering staff welfare over the staff lifecycle. The successful candidate will act as a Service Delivery expert in the HR team, supporting the development and implementation of people plans and programs in line with business practices. Key responsibilities include executing HR policies, practices, and programs, collaborating with the regional TA team to meet recruitment needs, and supporting the head of HR in annual budget planning and management. The role also involves strengthening employment relationships, implementing performance management and salary review practices, and managing employee relations in a fair and transparent manner. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree or above, with a preference for an excellent educational background, and a minimum of 10 years' of relevant experience, particularly in sizable multinational companies, with a focus on financial institutions. The role requires a solid HR generalist or BP experience, with a mastery of Chinese labor law and local regulations. The ideal candidate will be proactive, self-motivated, and possess strong project management, communication, and leadership skills. Proficiency in both English and Mandarin Chinese is essential. The VP, HR will be expected to display exemplary conduct, live by the group's values, and take personal responsibility for ensuring the highest standards of ethics and compliance.
