Qualifications and Experience:

• Certification and current registration in Radiologic Technology; PET/CT specific certification strongly preferred
• Proven experience operating PET/CT equipment and performing relevant imaging procedures
• Familiarity with imaging protocols, radiation safety, and infection control standards
• Ability to assess patient needs and explain procedures clearly and compassionately
• Excellent attention to detail when reviewing images for diagnostic quality
• Strong communication skills to work effectively with physicians, colleagues, and patients

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and position patients for PET/CT examinations according to established protocols
• Operate scanning equipment safely and efficiently to capture precise images
• Review and assess images for accuracy, ensuring diagnostic quality before forwarding to interpreting physicians
• Maintain accurate patient records and document procedures as required
• Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare team members to coordinate patient care and imaging needs
• Adhere to strict safety and privacy guidelines throughout daily tasks
• Manage and maintain imaging equipment, reporting any concerns or maintenance needs promptly

$3,096 - $3,264/WeekEstimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
