Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant

Tender Touch Rehab Services seeks a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to support high‑quality rehab services for seniors in skilled nursing and long‑term care settings. Working closely with Physical Therapists, you will implement individualized treatment plans, lead therapeutic exercises, gait and balance training, functional mobility, and patient/family education. You will document progress, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and contribute to care planning.
