Experiential Marketing Coordinator

JOB SUMMARY Supports the planning and execution of organizational events and experiential marketing initiatives across lines of Business. This role assists in coordinating logistics, vendor management, and on-site execution to ensure consistent brand delivery and operational excellence across member engagement and institutional events. This role ensures consistent brand positioning, operational excellence, and measurable ROI across an annual portfolio of events. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Supports Manager and key stakeholders and cross-functional teams ensuring seamless communication Support in the development of annual events calendar and experiential marketing strategy aligned with organizational growth and retention goals. Keeps brand standards, messaging frameworks, and visual guidelines for all events. Supports budget management process by processing invoices, requisitions, purchases orders and others. Participates actively in events to monitor field execution and ensure compliance and effectiveness. Provides with recommendations as needed and requested. Assist in special projects and or initiatives of the corporation, as needed. Other tasks assigned by management and that are essential to achieve department and company success. EDUCATION Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Business Administration EXPERIENCE Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration, preferable, with five (3) to seven (5) years of related experience in the insurance and health industry.
