Senior Desktop Support Engineer

SAP BTP Integration Suite DeveloperDesign, build, and configure applications using the SAP BTP Integration Suite to meet business process and application requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and develop appropriate solutions. Develop and maintain technical documentation related to application development. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for applications developed using the SAP BTP Integration Suite.Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in SAP BTP/SAP CPI development, with a total of 4 to 10 years of IT experience. Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with the SAP BTP Cockpit for administrative controls. Proven ability to design, build, and configure applications using the SAP BTP Integration Suite to meet business requirements. Understanding of the BTP environment, including Cloud Foundry, ABAP, Kyma, Neo, and their respective use cases. Strong knowledge of integrations with SAP, Salesforce, REST/SOAP web services, and database platforms, along with API monitoring skills. Hands-on experience with SAP HANA integration. Good understanding of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and SAP Continuous Integration and Delivery. Strong written and verbal communication skills.Strong understanding of application development principles and methodologies. Experience in developing and maintaining technical documentation. Experience in providing technical support and troubleshooting for applications developed using the SAP BTP Integration Suite.The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the SAP BTP Integration Suite. A strong educational background in computer science or a related field is preferred, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions. Knowledge of ABAP programming is a plus. Basic understanding of microservices, containerization, and serverless architectures using SAP BTP or other cloud platforms. Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., SAP HANA, Java, Node.js, Python, SAPUI5) is an advantage.
