About the Role As a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator, you will be responsible for: Overseeing the daily operations of the nursing home, including staffing, budgeting, and policy implementation Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as accreditation standards Developing and implementing quality improvement initiatives to improve resident care and satisfaction Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care to residents Identifying and addressing facility issues, and implementing corrective actions as needed Developing and managing budgets to achieve financial goals Requirements Current Ohio License as a Nursing Home Administrator Previous experience as a Nursing Home Administrator or in a related leadership role Strong understanding of nursing home operations, regulations, and accreditation standards Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities Strong analytical and budgeting skills Additional Information This is an interim assignment with a start date of September 4, 2026.
