Registered Nurse (RN) - PCUWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our PCU team. This position requires expertise in managing patients with complex medical conditions in a high-functioning Progressive Care Unit (PCU) setting. The nurse will work a 3x12-hour day shift with a weekend and holiday rotation, and may be required to float between multiple locations as needed.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and provide care for long-term patients in a PCU environment with a ratio of 1:5.Assess and interpret cardiac rhythms and manage dysrhythmias effectively.Administer medications and titrate IV medications/drops as needed.Provide care and management of peripheral and PICC lines.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.Maintain compliance with ACLS and BLS protocols at all times.QualificationsMinimum of 2 years of experience in a Progressive Care Unit or similar environment.ACLS, BLS, and NIH certifications are required.Cardiac Telemetry experience is necessary.First-time travelers are welcome to apply.Work EnvironmentThis role requires the ability to float between different locations as needed.
