Position Title: Station Leader/Manager – Indianapolis (IND) Classification: Full-Time, Exempt Department: Operations Compensation: $80,000 – $90,000 annually + up to 20% monthly performance bonus Location: Must reside within 30 minutes of IND Airport Job Summary SkyHop Global is seeking a Station Leader/Manager to take charge of our Indianapolis (IND) operations. This is not a desk-only role—it’s a hands-on, high-energy position where you’ll lead from the front, inspire your team, and directly impact safety, service, and performance in a 24/7/365 ground transportation environment. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Lead and motivate a team of 20–30 drivers to deliver safe, reliable, on-time service. Manage day-to-day operations including scheduling, KPIs, and compliance. Champion safety by setting standards, coaching teams, and conducting audits. Own full P&L responsibility—budgeting, financial outcomes, and performance management. Build and maintain a strong team culture rooted in accountability, professionalism, and service excellence. Act as a “player-coach,” stepping in to support operations when needed. Build relationships with airline partners, airport authorities, and internal stakeholders. Education & Credentials Valid driver’s license, insurable under company policy. Must qualify as a SkyHop Global driver (clean MVR, background check, and drug test). Experience and Skills 2+ years of leadership experience in transportation, airport/airline, or related industries. Strong communication, coaching, and motivational skills. Demonstrated success in managing P&L, KPIs, and operational metrics. Hands-on leadership style—comfortable working alongside your team. Ability to adapt to challenges and thrive in a 24/7/365 environment. Basic computer and mobile technology skills. Must reside within 30 minutes of IND Airport. Physical Requirements Ability to lift luggage and assist airline crew members (up to 75 lbs. unassisted). Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment.
