Requested Skill Set: Must have: (candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role) Must have BLS At least 5+ years of Experience ONCOLOGY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED EXPERIENCE WITH MEDIPORTS/PICCS/CENTRAL LINES Preferred Skills/Advanced Skills Needed: (candidates with these skills will be considered first) Chemotherapy Certification preferred Meditech experience preferred Specialty/Unit Certifications Required: (RN) Active TX RN License - Temp License is NOT accepted Procedures performed on unit: Chemotherapy administration CHG Baths, including the central lines and dressings Central line, mediport access and lab draws BLOOD PRODUCT TRANSFUSION SCHEMO ADMINISTRATION

Dress Code: Include requirements, but most of all not acceptable attire. Scrub Color RN: Navy scrubs Nail Policy – Clean and Healthy Hair - hair should be neat and clean with no extreme styles or colors. Beards, mustaches and sideburns should be clean and neatly trimmed Tattoos – Body art should be covered whenever possible. Body art that is not feasible to cover on a daily basis will be addressed individually Piercings– Visible piercings other than ears, is prohibited
