Registered Nurse - Cardiac Tele

Job Title

Shift: 3x12 Nights 1900-0730 Floating is required to like units at this hospital or close by hospitals depending on need Weekend coverage: Every other but may change based on need Medication system: Pyxis & Omnicell Must have at least one year of EPIC experience Patient Diagnoses: Adult patients in observation status and inpatient overflow Adult patients with chest pain/acute coronary syndrome, cardiac arrythmias, diabetes, syncope, permanent pacemaker insertion, CVA / TIA / stroke work-up, pneumonia, heart failure, COPD, sepsis, and GI bleed. Special procedures: Oconee Memorial Rapid Assessment Unit Services include, but are not limited to:

• Cardiac / Telemetry Monitoring
• Pulse Oximetry Monitoring
• Patient Assessment
• Coordination of testing and procedures
• Collaboration with providers
• Acute Nursing Care
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop a patient specific plan of care
• Consultations with specialty services to include but not limited to cardiology, general surgery, orthopedics, neurology
