Armstrong McCall Beauty Supply of Sugar Land is hiring for inside sales!
Do you love the beauty industry as much as we do? Do you want to be in the know about the latest trends in hair and beauty? Yes? Then we would love to hear from you!
Hours:
Mon-Fri 9-5:30 and Sat 9-2. Closed Sundays.
Job Overview:
We are seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and sales in a retail environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers as they shop
- Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately
- Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions
- Keep the store clean and organized
- Stock shelves and monitor inventory levels
- Provide product recommendations and upsell when appropriate
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members
- Proficiency in basic math for cash handling and retail math calculations
- Experience with Point of Sale (POS) systems
- Ability to speak Spanish is a plus for multilingual customer interactions
- Knowledge of technical sales or willingness to learn
- Upselling skills to increase sales revenue
