VP Operations

About the Job Mars Health is one of the fastest growing men’s health brands, with a strong foundation and a clear path to scale. We operate across DTC, retail, and emerging channels, and are entering our next phase of growth as we expand beyond the U.S. As VP of Operations, you will own international expansion and overall operations strategy. This role is responsible for defining where and how we expand, building the infrastructure to support it, and ensuring the business is set up to operate efficiently across markets. You will oversee the operations function through the Director of Operations and partner closely with Growth, Product, and Finance to ensure the business scales with discipline and clear accountability. What You\'ll Own International Expansion Own global expansion strategy, including market selection, sequencing, and entry approach Define go-to-market readiness across logistics, regulatory, compliance, payments, and local partners Ensure all market entries meet local regulatory, labeling, and compliance requirements Build a repeatable framework for launching and scaling new markets Track performance by market and adjust strategy based on results Operations Strategy and Leadership Own and evolve the operating model to support a global, multi-channel business Define how the organization scales across regions, including structure, ownership, and decision making Set performance standards and ensure accountability across core operational functions Identify structural gaps and implement systems and processes that enable efficient scale Cross Functional Leadership Partner with Growth, Product, Legal, and Finance to bring new markets online Drive alignment on priorities, timelines, and tradeoffs across teams Ensure regulatory and compliance requirements are met without slowing execution What We\'re Looking For 7+ years of experience in operations, strategy, or business operations in a high-growth consumer business Proven experience leading international expansion and launching into new markets Strong familiarity with fulfillment, logistics, retail, and product operations Experience leading teams through senior operators or functional leads Highly analytical, with the ability to translate complexity into clear decisions Clear, structured communicator comfortable working cross-functionally and with leadership Comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment Nice to Have Experience in supplements, CPG, or regulated consumer products Familiarity with Shopify and shipping and logistics tools such as ShipHero Experience scaling operations from early stage through rapid growth Life at Mars Men Competitive Compensation – We offer a strong salary and benefits package, tailored to attract top talent Remote Work Environment – Our team is fully remote Autonomy & Ownership – You\u2019ll have real authority to build systems and drive impact Time Off – 15 PTO days per year (prorated), 9 company holidays, plus your birthday off Parental Leave – Generous parental leave for growing families Health Benefits – 100% premium coverage for health, dental, and vision plans, with 25% coverage for dependents 401(k) – Company-sponsored plan with a 2% match through Guideline (elective participation) Growth & Development – Ongoing learning and development opportunities $200 Annual Superpower Membership This role owns one of the most important inflection points for the business: expanding beyond the U.S. and building the infrastructure to support it.
