What You'll Do:
- Manage ventilation patients and monitor advanced respiratory equipment
- Conduct comprehensive respiratory assessments
- Educate patients and caregivers on ventilation management
- Set up and troubleshoot respiratory devices
- Document patient care accurately and thoroughly
- Provide on-call consultation support for ongoing patient needs
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
What You Need:
- Required:
- Active RRT or RN licensure
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Pediatric and/or ALS ventilation care experience
- Proficiency with equipment download software
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Preferred:
- Additional technical knowledge of respiratory equipment and software
- Experience with Care Orchestrator, Astral software
- Previous home respiratory care experience
