Job Title: Clerical Assistant for Dermatology Office
Location: Davenport, IA
Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour (DOE)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Flexible hours available)
32 hours a week—always on Thursday

Position Overview: A small doctor's office in Davenport, IA, is hiring an Office Assistant. We offer a friendly environment where everyone helps keep daily operations running smoothly. You will handle front-office tasks, answer phones, assist patients, and keep paperwork organized. The office is open Monday through Friday, with 32 hours a week schedules available based on office needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls and assist patients.
- File, scan, copy, and organize patient charts.
- Handle general front-office clerical tasks.
- Keep administrative areas clean and organized.
- Assist staff with daily tasks as needed.
