Position: Welder

Shift: Monday – Friday | 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Pay Rate: $25.00 – $32.00 per hour + Overtime Available

Expected Start Date: Immediate Openings

Victory Energy is looking for motivated and skilled Class A Fitter/Welders to join their growing manufacturing team. This is an excellent opportunity for welders seeking long-term career growth, competitive pay, and the chance to work on high-quality fabrication projects.

While experienced candidates are preferred, recent welding school graduates, trade school students, and candidates with welding certifications or hands-on training are encouraged to apply. Candidates must be confident in their welding abilities and willing to complete the required weld tests.

✔ Read and interpret blueprints and fabrication drawings

✔ Perform MIG, Flux Core, and TIG welding operations

✔ Fit, align, and assemble components according to specifications

✔ Perform pipe welding and structural fabrication work

✔ Inspect completed welds for quality and accuracy

✔ Maintain a safe and efficient work environment

✔ Follow welding procedures and manufacturing standards

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Collinsville, OK.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $32.00/hr.
