As the Staffing Coordinator, you are the heartbeat that keeps care moving - the person who lifts others up and ensures no one falls through the cracks. This role is fast, human, and deeply meaningful. What You'll Do
- Match caregivers with clients who need them
- Maintain accurate, uptodate schedules
- Communicate with families, caregivers, and leadership
- Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and welcoming new caregivers
- Support nearby offices when needed
- Keep the team informed, supported, and aligned
- $14.50 - $16.00/hr + performance bonuses

- Reasonable commute to the Bloomsburg office

- Staffing/scheduling experience is helpful but not required
