Dedicated CDL-A Driver | Local Round-Trips | $1,400 Average Weekly Pay

Looking for a reliable CDL-A job where you can get home daily without sacrificing strong weekly earnings? We're hiring full-time drivers for our dedicated regional grocery fleet operating out of the Moberly, MO hub.

This is a smooth, predictable account running 100% no-touch freight in temperature-controlled trailers. If you want a consistent schedule, steady miles, and clear expectations, this is a great fit.

The Details at a Glance

Earnings: $0.49 to $0.61 CPM based on experience level, plus a +$0.03/mile weekend differential from Friday 5:00 PM to Monday 4:00 AM. Stop pay is $10.00 for the first stop and $15.00 for each additional stop (Drivers average around $1,400 gross per week).

The Work: 100% no-touch freight. Store personnel unload the trailers for you at every delivery location.

Schedule: Night shift with weekend dispatches required. Local round-trips with options to get home daily.

The Route: Regional grocery store runs averaging approximately 2,100 miles per week.

What You Need to Apply

Experience: Open to both Trainees (0 months experience) and Experienced First-Seat drivers.

Licensing: Valid CDL-A and an up-to-date DOT Medical Card. No specialized endorsements required.

Location: Must live within 50 miles of Moberly, MO or approved regional hiring cities across MO, IL, or IA (including Columbia, Boonville, Macon, Rolla, Sullivan, St. Joseph, Quincy, Burlington, and Des Moines).

Fleet Guidelines: Solo company drivers and owner-operators welcomed (team operations closed).

Screening: Must pass standard pre-employment background checks and drug screens.
