In this role, you will serve as a trusted point of contact for members—handling inquiries, resolving concerns, and guiding members through products and services with confidence and care.

What You’ll Do

• Serve as a primary contact for members via phone, delivering prompt and professional service
• Handle complex inquiries and escalated concerns with confidence and efficiency
• Provide guidance on accounts, services, and lending-related questions
• Assist members with account maintenance requests and service needs
• Identify member needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions
• Route calls effectively to ensure members are connected to the right resource
• Strive for first-call resolution and a seamless member experience

• 2+ years of experience in a call center or financial services role
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Proven ability to handle high call volume while maintaining service quality
• Advanced problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
• Strong attention to detail and sound decision-making skills
• Ability to navigate multiple systems efficiently
