Responsibilities Conduct patient assessments to determine goals and create individualized treatment plans. Deliver occupational therapy services in facilities and home settings. Educate patients and caregivers on techniques to promote independence and productivity. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care. Maintain accurate documentation and reports. Provide referral recommendations when additional services are required. Report to the Director of Rehabilitation. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in occupational therapy from an ACOTE‑accredited program. Initial registration from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy. Valid occupational therapy license in the state of practice. Experience in inpatient or outpatient occupational therapy settings is preferred. Salary range: $52.00 to $60.00 per hour.
