They promote professionalism by adhering to legal, ethical, and regulatory standards, ensuring accurate documentation, and supporting ongoing development. Key Responsibilities Assess: Evaluate patients’ physical, social, and psychological status, collaborating with team members. Plan: Develop individualized care plans involving patients, families, and physicians, including education and follow-up. Implement: Deliver or delegate care, coordinate with the care team, and manage resources effectively. Evaluate: Monitor patient responses, outcomes, and satisfaction, adjusting plans as needed. Qualifications & Skills Current RN license in the practice state with valid compact license transfer within 60 days. BSN degree from an accredited institution; less than 12 months of experience requires obtaining a BSN within four years. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Strong skills in patient care, documentation, communication, critical thinking, and teamwork. Physical Requirements Ability to see, hear, and read information accurately. Manual dexterity for handling equipment and supplies. Capability to lift, transfer, and transport patients and equipment. Ability to stand, walk, and navigate busy environments.
