What You Will Do: Develop and create regulatory compliance documentation to support company initiatives and ensure adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and standards. Evaluate internal processes and practices to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and identify areas for improvement. Review updates and changes to regulatory requirements, assess their impact on the organization, and implement necessary changes in policies or procedures. Act as a liaison with leadership to communicate regulatory requirements, updates, and compliance status, providing actionable recommendations when needed. Monitor and ensure that all repair station activities comply with relevant regulatory standards, maintaining a high level of operational integrity. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive compliance initiatives and promote a culture of continuous improvement. Maintain accurate records and reports related to compliance efforts and regulatory activities. What You Will Learn Qualifications You Must Have: Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of experience or Advanced Degree and 3 years of experience as follows: Experience in regulatory compliance and standards, within the aerospace, defense, or manufacturing industries. Proficiency with compliance management software and tools Qualifications We Prefer: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interface with leadership and cross-functional teams. Ability to interpret and apply complex regulations to real-world scenarios. Regulatory compliance standards applicable to repair stations 14 CFR part 145, part 21/part 121. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products. The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance. This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
