Construction Project Manager

Scope of Responsibilities Previous experience in construction management or other related fields. Familiarity with construction management software. Strong negotiation skills. Deadline and detail-oriented. Must be familiarized with plans, specifications and scope of work. Participate in project meetings, internally or on-site, to report status and achievements, discuss obstacles and project issues, coordinate with client, plan next action steps. Understand all key contractual obligations, including scopes of work, our proposed clarifications, committed schedule, area durations, add alternates and deducts, etc. Preparation of construction submittals and logs. Submittal registers, RFI’s/ASI’s, change orders register, Monitor risk areas to ensure that procedures are being followed. Qualifications 8+ years Project Management experience in Commercial Construction required. Degree in Construction Management or similar studies preferred. Must be able to manage multiple tasks and have excellent follow up skills both internally and externally. Competent in preparing construction documents. Preferably experience with Timberline, Sage, Procore, Microsoft Office Project. #J-18808-Ljbffr
