You stage pallets for outbound loads, shift inventory to new locations, and keep the floor flowing safely. Every move you make is scanned into the WMS so counts stay accurate and shipments stay on schedule. Our team is driven by innovation, sustainability, and a clear purpose: helping people Snack With Purpose.What you’ll ownOperate sit-down and stand-up forklifts, pallet jacks, and related equipment safely and efficiently.Load and unload trailers and transfers according to shipping timelines and priorities.Stage, rack, and organize pallets in designated locations while following FIFO and inventory guidelines.Use RF scanners/WMS to capture movements in real time for accurate inventory.Verify pallet counts, SKUs, lot codes, and labels before relocating or shipping.Complete system transactions such as pallet transfers, location updates, and shipment confirmations.Assist with cycle counts, inventory audits, and resolving discrepancies.Ensure all products are properly labeled and scanned prior to staging or shipment.Maintain dock organization and warehouse cleanliness to support safe, efficient flow.Immediately report discrepancies, damage, equipment concerns, or shortages to leadership.Perform daily equipment inspections and follow all safety procedures and OSHA requirements.Support Shipping Supervisors and Inventory teams with priorities and workflow.Coach Level I Operators on scanning best practices and warehouse processes when needed.Consistently meet productivity and accuracy targets in a fast-paced environment.What you bring2+ years operating forklifts in warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution settings preferred.Hands-on experience with RF scanners and WMS strongly preferred.Working knowledge of inventory control and warehouse operations.Comfort operating equipment in narrow aisles and high-volume areas.Strong attention to detail, with a safety- and accuracy-first mindset.Self-starter who thrives both independently and within a team.Willingness to work overtime, weekends, or alternate shifts as needed.Forklift certification preferred or ability to obtain.Physical demandsLift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly.Frequent bending, twisting, and walking throughout the shift.Stand for 8–10+ hours per shift.Proficiencies that set you up for successShipping/Receiving; Loading/Unloading VehiclesWarehouse and Material Handling experienceForklift LicensedInventory Management & ControlHigh School diploma or GEDClear, effective communicationManufacturing environment experienceBasic computer literacyCompensation & schedule highlightsThird shift hours earn an additional $2.00 per hour (not included in the initial base rate).Benefits & growthMedical, Dental, and Vision coverageLife Insurance401(k)Paid Time OffCompany-paid holidaysCareer advancement opportunities and training #J-18808-Ljbffr
