We are looking for a reliable, organized, and motivated Quality Assurance Manager to help oversee our projects in the field and ensure our customers receive the best possible experience.

Job Responsibilities

• Job Site Visits: Conduct regular job site visits to monitor progress, inspect workmanship, document issues, and ensure projects are running smoothly.
• Payment Collections: Visit customers to collect scheduled payments, follow up on outstanding balances, and ensure payments are received on time.
• Quality Control: Inspect completed and ongoing roofing projects to identify potential concerns and coordinate necessary corrections.
• Customer Service: Communicate directly with homeowners, address concerns, provide updates, and help resolve issues professionally.
• Project Coordination: Work closely with sales representatives, subcontractors, and management to ensure projects stay on schedule.
• Job Closeouts: Assist with final inspections, customer walkthroughs, outstanding paperwork, and closing completed projects.
• Field Support: Respond to requests from the sales and operations teams, including urgent site visits, customer meetings, and project-related tasks.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate job notes, photos, payment records, and project updates in the company's CRM system.
• Problem Resolution: Identify problems early, communicate with the appropriate team m
