Philanthropy Services Coordinator

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys supporting a mission-driven team, creating organized processes, and contributing to fundraising efforts that make a meaningful impact in our community.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Central Services and Development teams, including scheduling, correspondence, meeting preparation, and document proofreading.
- Coordinate fundraising committee meetings, events, and related logistics, including invitations, RSVPs, materials, vendors, and volunteer support.
- Maintain accurate donor and prospect information within Blackbaud NXT and assist with donor reporting, stewardship, and recognition activities.
- Manage lists, mailings, event communications, and tracking for fundraising campaigns and events.
- Support the LifeBridge Health Leadership Society by coordinating meetings, communications, educational programs, membership records, and event logistics.
- Collaborate with colleagues, volunteers, donors, and community partners to ensure a positive and professional experience.
- Provide cross-coverage and administrative support across the philanthropy team as needed.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and follow-through.
- Strong organizational, communication, and project coordination skills.
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Flexible, resourceful, and able to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint) and comfortable learning new technology platforms.
- Experience with CRM systems, donor databases, or fundraising software preferred
Must be flexible regarding schedule as some events are scheduled outside of regular business hours.
Pay Range: $23.49 to $36.57 Based On Experience
