Key Responsibilities of the TRAVEL - RN - Case Manager

• Conduct case management assessments
• Plan and implement discharge processes
• Collaborate with mid-level providers and physicians
• Maintain patient care through step-down unit transitions

Requirements of the TRAVEL - RN - Case Manager

• Minimum 1-year current acute care case management RN experience
• RN or licensed social worker
• BLS certification
• Active KS licensure
• Preferred experience with Midas and HCA case management
• Prior HCA hospital experience is advantageous
