Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings for clients, evaluating both their substance abuse history and mental health status.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that address specific addiction issues while also identifying and tackling underlying mental health concerns.

• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to meet the diverse needs of our clients.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team to ensure that all aspects of care are integrated and that clients receive consistent support.

• Educate and involve family members in the treatment process, recognizing the critical role they play in clients’ recovery journeys.

• Maintain accurate and confidential records of treatment and client progress, in compliance with state regulations and organizational policies.

The ideal candidate will work with a varied clientele, primarily focusing on adults facing addiction issues. Our clients often experience co-occurring disorders, combining substance use problems with mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A valid license to practice as a mental health counselor (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, or PsyD).

Compensation and Benefits\n
