Four Seasons Hotel Westlake Village is seeking a personable and dedicated Host/ess for our all-day dining restaurant, Coin & Candor. In this role, you will warmly welcome guests, manage reservations, coordinate seating, and create memorable dining experiences through genuine engagement and exceptional service. The ideal candidate is a collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about exceeding guest expectations.

What you will do:

• Welcome guests and provide exceptional service throughout their dining experience in collaboration with a team of servers.
• Manage the host stand, reservation systems, and seating arrangements while ensuring efficient dining room flow.
• Answer guest inquiries by phone, email, and hotel communication platforms while assisting with dining requests and special occasions.
• Maintain guest preferences, reservation details, menus, and other restaurant administrative materials.
• Coordinate with restaurant leadership and hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Resolve guest concerns professionally and follow through on guest requests.
• Ensure cleanliness of each section of the dining room and verify tables are properly set prior to service.
• Develop a complete working knowledge of menus, ingredients, beverages, allergens, and restaurant information.

What you bring:

• One to two years' previous experience in a Food & Beverage outlet; previous employment experience within a luxury hotel is considered an asset.
• Experience using reservation platforms and hospitality technology systems preferred.
• Ability to operate computer equipment, Microsoft Office applications, and other Food & Beverage systems.
• Strong communication, organizational, and guest service skills.
• Ability to multitask, problem solve, and remain professional in a fast-paced environment.
