Travel Radiology Tech (Diagnostic Radiologic Tech) in Sonora, California, start 09/14/2026 for a 13-week assignment. Earn a weekly pay range of $2,246 to $2,373 with guaranteed 36 hours per week. Day shift (7:00 AM–7:30 PM) on a short-term acute care hospital setting. Responsibilities
- Operate x-ray equipment to produce diagnostic radiographs as ordered by physicians
- Position and instruct patients prior to examinations; adjust exposure factors and equipment to obtain optimal images
- Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout imaging procedures
- Prepare examination rooms and maintain sterile technique and equipment readiness
- Document exam information and verify studies in the PACS; communicate important findings to the physician as appropriate
- Support fluoroscopy-related imaging according to state requirements and facility policy

Requirements
- Licenses/Certifications: ARRT-R (Radiography) certification; Radiologic Technologist license in California; Fluoroscopy license required within 6 months of hire; current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; state-appropriate radiologic licensure for California (and Hawaii if applicable)
- Experience: At least two years of recent radiology experience in the field
- Education: Associate’s Degree in Radiologic Technology (preferred)
- Additional: EPIC experience required; must be able to work in a hospital imaging department and adhere to safety and documentation standards
