To thrive as a Dance Instructor at the Y, you'll need a strong foundation in various dance styles, including ballet, tap, jazz, and/or hip hop! Your expertise will shine as you instruct students of all skill levels, from energetic beginners to seasoned dancers looking to refine their moves. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must, as you'll engage, motivate, and inspire your participants to reach their full potential. A creative approach to teaching will help you make every class a fun learning experience while maintaining a safe environment.
