They are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative who is enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and dedicated to providing an outstanding client experience. The ideal candidate will serve as a key point of contact for our clients, helping to ensure seamless communication and project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal departments, ensuring precise, timely, and accurate communication.
• Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms with professionalism and a solutions-driven mindset.
• Coordinate project details, timelines, and deliverables to ensure client expectations are met and exceeded.
• Proactively anticipate client needs and provide updates throughout the production and installation processes.
• Resolve customer concerns quickly and effectively, escalating issues when necessary to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions, project details, and service issues.
• Collaborate closely with the sales, design, production, and installation teams to support successful project execution.
• Continuously look for ways to improve the customer experience and streamline internal processes.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in customer service, account management, or project coordination is highly desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first attitude.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM systems.
• Experience in printing, graphics, or advertising industries is a plus, but not required.
