As a Preschool Infant Assistant Teacher at Merryhill School, you will support a warm, engaging, and developmentally appropriate classroom environment. What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent required; CDA or Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred
• Prior experience working with children in a school or childcare setting
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team and follow lead teacher direction
• Commitment to creating a safe, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment
• Must meet all state licensing and background clearance requirements
