Summary As a Client Advisor at the Wynn Las Vegas boutique, you act as the brand ambassador delivering personalized, best-in-class service to build lasting client relationships and achieve sales objectives. You will engage clients both in-store and remotely, using expert product knowledge, styling, and elevated hospitality to drive repeat business. The role also requires maintaining visual and operational standards to ensure a seamless client experience. Responsibilities Proactively engage and establish strong relationships with clients in-store and remotely. Drive individual and collective sales results through personalized selling, cross-selling, and promoting virtual appointments. Provide expert product knowledge, styling advice, and storytelling to guide client purchase decisions. Accurately process POS transactions, capture client information, and assist with stock maintenance and inventories. Uphold visual merchandising, grooming, and loss prevention standards and contribute to store administration. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless client journey and resolve client needs including exchanges and repairs. Requirements 2+ years of luxury fashion sales experience with a proven track record of meeting sales targets. Strong commercial awareness, client-centric mindset, and excellent communication skills. Flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays. High degree of professionalism, integrity, and ability to adapt to a fast-moving environment.
