With decades of experience and a team of highly skilled technicians, we provide full in-house service for all makes and models of heavy-duty on-road and off-road equipment, including forklifts and trailers. Were a rapidly growing company with increasing customer demand and were looking for a motivated Diesel Technician to grow with us. Position Overview As a Level B Diesel Mechanic, youll play a key role in maintaining and repairing Class 38 vehicles and equipment. This position is ideal for someone with solid foundational experience whos ready to advance their skills in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Pay & Schedule Starting at $25.00/hour Full-time position Minimum 40 hours per week Key Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and repairs on Class 38 diesel vehicles Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues using diagnostic software Conduct inspections and preventative maintenance Repair or replace defective parts and components Perform welding and soldering as needed Maintain accurate repair order documentation Provide professional customer service and communication Participate in occasional roadside service calls Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment What Were Looking For 12 years of diesel mechanic experience preferred Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills Experience with PM services, air systems, electrical systems, wheel ends, coolant systems, and A/C repair Ability to work safely and efficiently in a team environment Strong communication skills Must have personal tools and toolbox Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Preferred Certifications EPA 608/609 Certification Training & Career Growth We invest in our technicians and provide ongoing training opportunities, including: Cummins ISX, ISB, and ISL engine training ASE certification support (materials and testing covered) DOT and OEM training Computer software training across all major North American systems Leadership and management development opportunities for qualified candidates Benefits Package Medical & Dental Insurance 401(k) with Company Match Paid Time Off + Holiday Pay (7 paid holidays) Paid Basic Life Insurance Supplemental Insurance Options Company-Paid RX Safety Glasses Tool Purchase Program Performance & Production Bonuses On-Call Bonus CDL Medical Card Reimbursement Company-Provided Uniforms Up to 4 weeks off in your first year If you're ready to take the next step in your diesel career with a company that values skill, growth, and teamworkwed love to hear from you.
