UI/UX Frontend Lead Developer

We are seeking an experienced UI/UX Frontend Lead Developer with strong React.js expertise to lead frontend architecture, establish UI standards, and build scalable enterprise applications. This role combines hands-on development with technical leadership, mentoring, and strategic architecture responsibilities.Pay Rate Range: $60-65/HR on W2 (NO C2C)Responsibilities:Lead the design and development of UI components using React.jsDefine frontend architecture standards, best practices, and coding guidelinesDevelop reusable component libraries and design systemsBuild scalable, responsive, and high-performing enterprise applicationsCollaborate with UX, product, and backend teamsConduct code reviews and provide technical leadershipMentor developers and guide implementation effortsEnsure accessibility, security, and cross-browser compatibility standardsRequired Skills8–12+ years of frontend development experience, including 5+ years with React.jsStrong expertise in React.js, TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3Experience with Material UI, Styled Components, Webpack, and StorybookProficiency with Redux, Zustand, and Context APIExperience building enterprise component libraries and design systemsStrong knowledge of performance optimization, accessibility (WCAG), and REST API integrationExperience with Jest, React Testing Library, CI/CD pipelines, and DockerPreferred QualificationsNext.js and Micro Frontend Architecture experienceExperience with data visualization tools and large-scale dashboardsAzure Cloud and Azure DevOps experienceFinancial services/domain experienceAgile/Scrum development experienceIf you meet the required qualifications and are interested in this role, please apply today.
