Phlebotomist II

Pride Health is hiring Phlebotomist to support our client's team in Greeneville, TN . This is a full-time, 13-weeks contract.


Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Phlebotomist II / Patient Services Representative I to support a leading diagnostic laboratory organization in Greeneville, TN. This position is highly patient-facing and requires excellent phlebotomy skills, attention to detail, and the ability to provide a positive patient experience in a fast-paced environment.


The successful candidate will collect and process blood specimens accurately and safely while maintaining patient confidentiality and following established procedures.


Key Responsibilities:

• Perform venipuncture and blood specimen collection accurately and safely.
• Perform pediatric and geriatric blood draws.
• Properly identify patients and specimens.
• Process, label, and handle specimens according to established procedures.
• Work independently at IOP locations and collaboratively at PSC locations.
• Maintain a professional and patient-focused environment.
• Follow all safety, compliance, and laboratory procedures.
• Travel between assigned locations as needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ year of direct phlebotomy experience

Additional Information:

• Location: Greeneville, TN
• Job Type: 3+ months contract
• Pay Range: $19.93 - $21.36 hourly
• Shifts: Mon - Fri (8:00 AM-5:00 PM)
