Unser Ziel ist es, die Lebensqualitt von Patient*innen zu verbessern, indem ihnen der Zugang zu medizinischem Cannabis in "Made in Germany"-Qualitt ermglicht wird. Im Mai 2019 erhielt DEMECAN als einziges unabhngiges deutsches Unternehmen den Zuschlag zur Produktion von medizinischem Cannabis in Deutschland. In der Nhe von Dresden haben wir das Zentrum fr medizinisches Cannabis mit einem modernen Indoor-Gewchshaus aufgebaut. Dort wachsen und blhen derzeit unsere exklusiven Cannabispflanzen.

Als Werkstudent Social Media Content & AI Content Creation entwickelst du fr Siggis Pharm in Berlin oder remote kreative Formate fr Reels, Shorts und TikToks, produzierst und bearbeitest AI-Content und lernst dabei praxisnah, wie moderne Content-Produktion und Social-Media-Kampagnen im Marketing funktionieren.

Was du mitbringst:
- Du befindest dich im laufenden Studium an einer deutschen Hochschule im Bereich Medien, Marketing, Kommunikation, Design oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang
- Du hast erste praktische Erfahrung in der Erstellung von Social-Media-Content
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit gngigen Video-Editing-Tools (z. B. CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro oder DaVinci Resolve)
- Grundkenntnisse im Umgang mit AI-Tools zur Content-Erstellung sind von Vorteil
- Du bringst hohe Kreativitt und ein Gespr fr aktuelle Social-Media-Trends mit
- Du arbeitest eigenstndig und strukturiert, mit Hands-on-Mentalitt und Umsetzungsstrke
- Kommunikations- und Teamfhigkeit sowie Zuverlssigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Interesse an KI-Technologien und digitalen Innovationen sowie Affinitt zu Social Media, Lifestyle und digitalen Marken
- Grundkenntnisse in Deutsch (A2)
Deine Aufgaben:
- Du konzipierst und entwickelst kreativen Social-Media-Content
- Du planst, drehst und schneidest Reels, Shorts und TikToks
- Du erstellst und bearbeitest AI-Content (Bild-, Video- und Textgenerierung)
- Du untersttzt bei Content-Produktionen mit Influencer:innen, Knstler:innen und internen Projekten
- Du entwickelst neue Content-Formate und Social-Media-Ideen und untersttzt bei der Content-Planung
- Du arbeitest eng mit dem Marketing-Team an der Umsetzung von Kampagnen
- Du beobachtest aktuelle Social-Media- und AI-Trends.
