About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President for EMEA Financial Crime to join their compliance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the oversight of fund distribution compliance, working closely with stakeholders to identify and mitigate financial crime risks within the distribution network. This includes both distributors and platforms. The role also involves risk management, particularly in reviewing high-risk distributor and investor on-boarding processes across European markets, and providing recommendations to the appropriate compliance committees. The VP will have a key role in ensuring the firm's compliance with regulatory obligations as a Principal Distributor in the UK for EMEA fund ranges, and will be expected to communicate regulatory expectations effectively to a wide range of internal and external stakeholders. Applicants for the Vice President, EMEA Financial Crime position at the company should have a proven track record in financial crime, with a strong knowledge of AML and ABC across UK and European markets. The role requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, as the VP will be a key point of contact for the firm and must engage appropriately with stakeholders.
