Compensation: $40,000–$100,000+ annually , depending on market and load mix. Weekly settlements.

Order types available

• Assembly Only : One tech. On‑site assembly to manufacturer specs.
• Delivery + Assembly : Two‑person crew (Driver + Helper). Retailer pickup, home delivery, and assembly.
• Repair : One tech. Manufacturer‑guided repairs with provided parts.

Bring the right setup

• Two‑person team for most delivery + assembly work
• Pickup, cargo van, sprinter, or small box truck (not required for assembly‑only/repair)
• EIN and DOT compliance; MC# for some interstate moves
• COI meeting AIT standards

Minimum qualifications

• Valid driver’s license; clean MVR
• Ability to lift, handle, deliver, and assemble per manufacturer specifications
• Comfort using mobile apps to receive, track, and close out jobs
• Own and maintain tools and vehicle(s)
• EIN required
• Meet AIT vehicle, registration, and insurance requirements

Compliance

AIT conducts background checks and drug screens for all owners, drivers, and helpers.
