Safety & Security Officer

Safety & Security Officer Hourly Rate: $17.25 Full-time Position. Shift: 2nd & 3rd – Must be available weekends and holidays. Responsibilities Patrol all areas of the property by foot or vehicle using specified equipment (e.g., flashlight, high visibility jacket). Administer first aid/CPR to owners/guests or associates as required. Ensure owners/guests and meeting rooms are secure and assist with room access. Monitor Closed Circuit Televisions (CCTV), perimeter alarm systems, duress alarms, and fire life safety systems. Respond to incidents involving owners/guests or associates; determine if emergency aid is required. Defuse owner/guest or associate disturbances/altercations following company policies and procedures. Handle lost and found, logging and returning items. Utilize computer systems, prepare and review written documents accurately and completely; answer the phone with proper etiquette. Oversee OSHA & FLS violations to mitigate risks throughout the property. Provide excellent guest experience and uphold company standards, greeting guests and addressing their needs. Interact professionally with colleagues and guests, contributing to team goals and following safety procedures. Qualifications Available to work various shifts, holidays, and both weekend days. Physical ability to reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period. Capacity to lift, carry, push, or pull items weighing up to 50 lbs without assistance. Background and drug screening may be required in accordance with company policy and legal requirements.
