Key Responsibilities of the RN - NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care

• Provide high-quality care to infants in the NICU with varying acuity levels
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
• Monitor and document patient vital signs and progress
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Educate and support families during their NICU experience

Requirements of the RN - NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care

• 2 years of NICU level 3 or 4 experience
• BLS & NRP certifications
• Experience with EPIC electronic medical records
