Beam Living, located in New York City, is searching for a Senior Director or Vice President of People & Culture to spearhead HR initiatives. This role requires a passionate leader with over 10 years of experience in human resources, capable of developing and leading a high-performing team. You'll work closely with senior leadership to build organizational culture and implement strategic people programs.
