Mechanical Solutions Specialist

We are seeking a Mechanical Solutions Specialist to support commercial water heating, hydronic heating, and pump systems. The role requires sales experience and knowledge of mechanical solutions, with a focus on building new customers through traditional outside‑sales techniques. Responsibilities Sell to customers and apply services such as field audit kits to develop analytics, present sales pitches, and make recommendations. Travel regularly, including overnight stays, to develop and maintain relationships with customers, key national accounts, and local contractors. Develop and maintain vendor relations with rep firms and manufacturers. Monitor sales trends and product performance results. Prepare pricing and quotations for replacement units and services while maintaining brand strategy and market integrity. Provide consultation on piping system designs and propose alternative solutions based on customer needs. Continually improve sales skills and product knowledge to promote a professional image in the field. Create high‑quality, visually appealing, and engaging social media content aligned with organization goals. Train customers and associates on domestic and hydronic piping systems as needed. Identify opportunities to enhance equipment efficiency and life through audits. Budget projects for contractors during the pre‑construction phase. Participate in associate meetings and communicate concerns to management. Support corporate programs, goals, and initiatives. Adhere to all policies, rules, regulations, and procedures. Perform other duties or functions as requested. Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of sales experience (preferred). Hydronic system or commercial water heater experience (preferred). Familiarity with building information modeling tools and trends. Understanding of mechanical piping systems. Polished sales presentation skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Compensation and Benefits Pay Range: $4,799.70 – $10,450.00 monthly (Salaried) or hourly for other roles. The role is bonus or incentive plan eligible.
