Industrial Counter Sales Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $15.00 to $16.00 / hour
- Full Time work available
- First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm )
- This position involves a combination of sales counter responsibilities and warehouse duties
- Primary point of contact for walk-in and call-in customers, assisting with bearings and a wide range of industrial parts
- Answer incoming phone calls professionally and efficiently, resolving inquiries or directing calls as needed
- Accurately pull and prepare customer orders from warehouse inventory
- Process invoices and complete transactions accurately
- Support daily branch operations to maintain an organized and efficient workflow
Industrial Counter Sales Qualifications:
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Comfortable working in both an office/sales counter and warehouse setting
- Previous experience in inside sales or customer service
- Knowledge of industrial parts
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
