IT Applications Administrator

We are seeking an IT Applications Administrator to support enterprise business applications, user access, application administration, and day-to-day technical issues. The ideal candidate will have approximately 2 year of experience supporting business applications or SaaS platforms, with strong troubleshooting, customer service, and communication skills.

This role combines application support, user access administration, help desk functions, and entry-level systems administration, with opportunities to grow into advanced enterprise application management and IT operations.

Primary Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support and administration for enterprise business applications and SaaS platforms.

• Manage user onboarding and offboarding, including application accounts, roles, permissions, and access requests.

• Administer user access through Active Directory / Microsoft Entra ID and support identity and access management processes.

• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, access problems, and user-reported incidents.

• Monitor, prioritize, and resolve requests through ITSM/ticketing systems such as ServiceNow or Jira.

• Coordinate with vendors, application owners, and internal IT teams to resolve technical issues.

• Support application updates, upgrades, testing, and basic release activities.

• Maintain accurate application, access, troubleshooting, and support documentation.

• Assist with compliance, security, audit, and access review activities.

• Provide responsive and professional end-user support and customer service.

• Identify recurring issues and recommend improvements to application support and operational processes.

Required Skills

• Approximately 1 year of experience in application support, SaaS administration, IT help desk, or systems administration.

• Experience supporting business applications and resolving software-related issues.

• Knowledge of user provisioning, access management, and permissions administration.

• Experience with Active Directory and/or Microsoft Entra ID.

• Experience working with ITSM/ticketing systems, such as ServiceNow or Jira.

• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

• Excellent customer service and end-user support skills.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to document issues, solutions, procedures, and support activities.

• Ability to work effectively with employees, IT teams, vendors, and application stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with enterprise applications such as Salesforce, SAP, Workday, or Atlassian products.

• Understanding of Single Sign-On (SSO) and identity management concepts.

• Exposure to application testing, software updates, and release management.

• Experience supporting compliance, audits, access reviews, or security-related activities.
