Job Summary:
We're seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team at Charter Senior Living of Bartlett Reserve. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our residents, visitors, staff, and prospective clients. You will provide exceptional customer service, answer phone calls, and respond to inquiries in a professional and friendly manner. Responsibilities:

• Provide information and referral to residents, visitors, staff, and prospective clients in a positive, service-oriented manner
• Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Perform basic clerical tasks, including typing, filing, and light bookkeeping
• Maintain a pleasant and professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrate a willingness and desire to work with the elderly
• Work in an environment with multiple interruptions and adapt to changing priorities
• Utilize exceptional conflict resolution skills to effectively manage any issues that may arise

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1+ years of experience in a healthcare or assisted living setting preferred
• Possess basic computer skills and experience with typing and a ten-key adding machine
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good interpersonal skills with all levels of staff, residents, families, and the public
