Overview AdventHealth for Children is looking for a fellowship‑trained Pediatric Otolaryngologist to join our team. We are searching for an energetic and enthusiastic team player interested in growing our program in Central Florida. AdventHealth is the largest hospital system in Florida, with a network of 30 hospitals in the state and only one children’s hospital at the center. These 30 hospitals total around 23,000 births per year and refer patients for tertiary and quaternary services to our main location near downtown Orlando. This provides an excellent opportunity for practice growth and professional development. AdventHealth for Children is a full‑service, tertiary children’s hospital with over 200 dedicated pediatric beds, more than 30 pediatric ICU beds, a 102-bed NICU, a dedicated pediatric cardiac ICU, and a statewide pediatric network and transport system. The hospital has been recognized by US News and World Report as the best Children’s Hospital for newborn care in Florida and by The Leapfrog Group as a top Children’s Hospital for quality and safety. It is a magnet‑designated hospital for nursing care. The Pediatric Otolaryngology program was established in 2024 and currently has two experienced, fellowship‐trained pediatric ENTs and a 1:1 physician‑to‑APP support. A new state‑of‑the‑art outpatient office with 11,000 sq ft of space and in‑house audiology, speech pathology, pediatric dentistry, imaging, 3‑D photography, and a conference room is under construction and slated to open in Q1 2026. The new facilities will help expand the Cochlear Implant, Microtia and Atresia, Head & Neck, and Craniofacial programs, and accommodate any other pediatric ENT sub‑specialty interests, such as Voice and Swallowing disorders, Aerodigestive disorders, and Vascular Anomalies. Requirements Fellowship training in Pediatric Otolaryngology. Board certification or eligibility through the American Academy of Otolaryngology‑Head and Neck Surgery. Board certification or eligibility for subspecialty certification in Complex Pediatric Otolaryngology. Strong communication skills. Dedication to the highest quality patient care. Interest in developing a general Pediatric Otolaryngology practice, with a subspecialty focus to be determined based on interest and experience.
