Night Shift RN: Hands-On Patient Care & Team Collaboration

Shift: 07:00 PM - 07:00 AM, every other weekend as needed. On-call required, further details will be discussed during the interview. Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment while adhering to best practices and clinical guidelines. Responsibilities Administer medications and treatments to patients as prescribed. Monitor and assess patient health and report changes to the healthcare team. Assist with daily living activities and provide support to patients. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive patient care. Maintain accurate and timely patient records. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Current RN license and certificate verification required for onboarding. Evidence of a valid COVID-19 vaccination and other required immunizations. Completion of a Trinity Specialty Specific Competency Test and Skills Checklist prior to onboarding.
