Digital Sales ManagerBeasley Media Group is seeking a results-driven, strategic, and digitally savvy Digital Sales Manager to lead the growth of our digital advertising business. This leadership position is responsible for driving digital revenue across a portfolio of multimedia solutions, including programmatic advertising, targeted display, social media marketing, streaming audio, video, SEO/SEM, email marketing, website sponsorships, and custom digital campaigns.The Digital Sales Manager will partner closely with local sales leadership and account executives to develop integrated marketing solutions that help clients achieve measurable business outcomes. The ideal candidate combines strong digital media expertise, team leadership experience, consultative selling skills, and a passion for helping clients succeed.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and execute the market's digital revenue strategy to achieve and exceed budgeted goals.Recruit, coach, train, and develop Account Executives on digital products, sales strategy, and client presentations.Serve as the local market digital expert and consultative resource for the sales team.Accompany Account Executives on client calls and presentations to support digital sales efforts.Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase digital market share.Collaborate with market leadership to create integrated advertising solutions leveraging Beasley Media Group's audio, digital, event, and experiential assets.Develop and maintain strong relationships with local business leaders, agencies, and key decision-makers.Partner with digital campaign fulfillment teams to ensure successful campaign execution and client satisfaction.Analyze revenue performance, sales activity, and pipeline trends to drive accountability and growth.Provide ongoing market intelligence regarding competitive digital products, pricing, and industry trends.Conduct regular sales meetings, training workshops, and performance coaching sessions focused on digital best practices.Ensure CRM compliance, accurate forecasting, and timely reporting.QualificationsRequiredBachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.5+ years of digital media sales experience.2+ years of sales leadership, team development, or management experience.Demonstrated success selling digital advertising solutions and achieving revenue goals.Strong knowledge of: programmatic advertising, display advertising, streaming audio, video advertising, social media marketing, SEO/SEM, audience targeting and analytics, CRM and sales enablement platforms.Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.Ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.PreferredExperience working for a media, broadcast, radio, television, agency, or digital marketing organization.Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta, or related digital marketing certifications.Experience with integrated media campaigns and multi-platform solutions.Familiarity with market-level revenue forecasting and budget management.Success MetricsAchievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual digital revenue goals.Growth in new digital business revenue.Digital product penetration across the sales organization.Sales team adoption and proficiency in digital selling.Client retention and satisfaction.Market share growth within the local advertising community.Core CompetenciesLeadership & CoachingStrategic ThinkingConsultative SalesRevenue GenerationDigital Marketing ExpertiseClient Relationship ManagementCommunication & Presentation SkillsProblem SolvingCollaborationAccountabilityWhy Beasley Media Group?Beasley Media Group delivers influential local content and innovative marketing solutions across radio, digital, podcasting, events, esports, and emerging media platforms.
