Directly provide coaching and leadership to caregivers in the community, ensuring care associates deliver person‑centered programming, dining, and care. Collaborate with the leadership team to provide dementia training, oversee pre‑admission/move‑in/move‑out processes, assist in hiring, and educate associates regarding dementia care. Plan and coordinate a calendar of dementia‑friendly programs that meet the specific needs of all residents in the dementia care community. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in gerontology, therapeutic recreation, or a related field. Minimum three years of management and direct supervision experience.
